we had a urgent need for a waterheater fix/replacement. It was after working hours and within 15-30 min a technician is at our place. He did an interim fix so our house can have water until they comeback the next day to replace our water heater. There respond time is really good, very process driven in terms of communication, quotes, payment, invoicing. I have no issue with their workmanship and their guys are nice and professional. The only thing i wrestled then was their pricing which on the high side. Its my first time to have issues with water heater and i dont really know much about plumbing. I did eventually get a quote for the same work and materials and easily $1k lesser than what i paid for. ofcourse since they are the only one that responded to my call and fix my issue at night and also gotten 6 years warranty their price may be justified. If it was not an emergency i may have look for someone else. I did ask for a quote to replace my house main pressure regulator valve and shut off valve and I was quoted $900 ish, got quote from other company and its only around $500. We Care Plumbing said $900 comes with 5 year warranty, i think its still too high. this are just facts, i hope when the times comes and I need to activate them on my warranty there will be no issue or extra hidden charges. Anyway all that said the install was done properly and Logan Massey and Gabriel has been very easy to work with and answers all question with patience and did a great job. Also appreciate Joseph who came that needed night to help us for the interim fix!

Tyler came over to our house because our ac wouldn’t turn on. He figured out the issue right away and resolved it. He was an extremely nice technician who was very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with his demeanor, behavior and responsiveness. I would most definitely recommend him and use him for any future issues. His honesty was much appreciated and he made sure I understood everything and more than that he didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary improvements. I was very pleased w the company for sending Tyler over to me within a couple of hours of my initial call to them and not making me wait for days for service. In addition, the cost of the service call was very reasonably and affordable.

Since I know most working folks are doing their best day in and day out, I don’t post negative reviews. However, I know how hard it can be to find honest help. So, I’m posting this review for the benefit of other consumers as well. My furnace blower stopped working last winter and I decided to call We Care mainly due to their online ratings. We Care sent a tech and after looking up in our attic and running some tests the tech told us that our furnace had some cracks and that there was no way to fix it. I thanked the tech for coming and told him that I would contact We care and two other companies for replacement estimates – I received three estimates and I told these companies that I decided to wait, save some money and replace the furnace at a later date. What I didn’t realize at the time was the tech had dismantled the furnace, disconnected the AC, and failed to put it back as it was. Fast forward to summertime - I realized my ac/thermostat display was not working. So, I called the “we care team” on Friday to help me determine if the work they had done on my furnace last winter impacted my AC/thermostat. Dispatch did not know and was not able to connect me to a tech without a fee therefore I asked to speak with a manager. I was told on Friday the manager was busy but he would call me back later that day - but never did. I then called a local company to come and check it out – the tech came out to troubleshoot my AC/Thermostat and found my furnace dismantled and completely disconnected – He was baffled to learn that a professional tech would dismantle a furnace, fail to put it back together and leave all parts laying around in the attic! Finally, I called We Care this morning and asked why they would dismantle my furnace and not put it back together. Dispatch was not able to provide a reason. Again, I asked to speak with a manager and was told they had no managers available on the weekend. I then requested we care to send a tech at the soonest to put my furnace and all connections back as they were – so, that a tech can properly troubleshoot my AC/Thermostat and I can use my AC in this blistering heat. The soonest they can send a tech out is Monday afternoon and so I’ll edit and finalize the review after their visit. Confidence restored – just a quick update. Got a call from We Care Team’s VP of Operation yesterday --- who took the time to hear me out and in the end made things right. My AC is up and running again...thanks to Juan - which by the way was super helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. I would give the We Care Team a second chance based my interactions with the VP of Operations, Juan and their willingness to come back out to my house and make things right…..Now, I pray my AC works through at least this summer and next. 😊

I had We Care come out 5.5 years and install a new A/C and heater. They’ve been an amazing company and do care about their customers. I’ve referred several people and they’re all happy as well. After my latest experience, I think We Care is probably the best company in the region, or even the best in the country. Thanks We Care for all you’ve done for us.

Yes, there is a $78 (Or $48, if your a Care Club member) fee to diagnose the issue. If you choose to go with us and do the repair, we will waive that fee.
