Yes, they take animals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are leaving a stray pet they won't charge you a penny but if you are surrendering your own pet be ready to pay a fee, show them your identification and answer some questions as to why you are doing this. Since this is a high-kill shelter I strongly recommend that you take this pet to Pasadena Humane Society at 361 South Raymond Avenue where they will do their utmost to make sure he is adopted and not euthanized. Please have some compassion for this helpless creature don't think only of yourself! Not even god approves of so much cruelty!
