The shelter does not provide these to privately owned pets. It is only provided to animals that come from the shelter included in the adoption fee. If you want to have your pet vaccinated and neutered, you can come to the shelter and obtain a voucher to help pay for the cost. They also have information on free/low cost vaccine and spay/neuter clinics as well.
