If you come in to the clinic, they should be able to offer you some solid referrals to agencies that can assist you with that.
They don't help you directly with housing only referrals and listings. But your case manager will be the one to go to. The therapist can offer you things like emotional support animals(which they just legalize you owning your own pet any where). Its good for apartments and stores or buses if you have a dog or something.
