The way the program works is if the tattoo is openly visible meaning from your wrist down or neck up you are automatically eligible to receive the tattoo removal treatment free of charge. If the tattoos are not in an immediately visible area such as underneath clothing if they are gang-related tattoos they still fall under the criteria that must be met. We are a nonprofit organization so unfortunately if you don't meet the criteria we cannot charge you to receive the tattoo removal, however we can refer you to different locations that can provide the tattoo removal treatment at a low cost. - on behalf of Homeboy Industries, Jerry Hill.

Tattoo removal services are provided at no-cost to you. There is however a long wait list, so you should call them and get on it asap.
