I reached out and set an appointment for 8am for an intake then I basically sat on a phone for a half an hour answering intake questions then afterwards I get a call back from them saying that I should go somewhere else wasting my time essentially. I didn’t even have services from these people and I could already tell it was not going to be a very helpful experience knowing that they would refuse to help someone trying to seek help. Update. After this took place a few weeks later they called me asking me to pay for the consultation where they denied me services. These people are low lives and you should honestly just try to find another place for care if you live around Hollywood or around LA.

This place is horrible, the doctors they have aren't any good. The good doctors they get either moved around or their contacts don't get renewed. They need compassionates doctors not drug pushers. Ethics lack in this location, they need D.M. H corporate to come fire all the older/undeforming. Besides Dr. Garg and Dr. Gevorkyan. Reading the reviews- I am surprised this place hasn't got sued yet. I have seen doctors yell at patients, no ethics from people who you think are here to help you. I was walking out and heard the Armenian nurse calling patients crazy. It just shows you how run down this place is. Worse place ever!!!! RUNNNN!!!!!

The one star reviews are coming from frustrated people who aren’t being level headed. Is this place a paradise? Absolutely not. Does it provide the services which they advertise? Absolutely. When you make your first appointment they give you a fair warning that you’ll likely be there for four hours, so carve that amount of time out of your schedule. I saw another negative review about how they were running behind but in the organizations defense, they do warn you up front. After the first visit then it’s usually an hour long visit from signing in to leaving the building. Really not all that bad. My doctor is friendly and swiftly responsive if ever I have a question outside of my visit. I tried many medications that were filled completely free. Many of them didn’t work or have side effects that I was unable to tolerate. They kept working with me until we found a happy medium. If you’re having mental health problems, don’t lie about it or play it down. In order for these places to help you, you need to be completely honest with them. It’s a safe space where judgement is left at the door. If you’re doing hard drugs, tell them! They’re not there to call the police, they’re there to help your solution. I am very grateful I fell into this place.

If you come in to the clinic, they should be able to offer you some solid referrals to agencies that can assist you with that.

How log does it take to secure an apt. In Hollywood . I have been homeless for over 10 years. I'm tired and can't keep up with the streets outside anymore. Rooms are expensive and take all my monthly money.

My husband was originally in rehab and his social worker got him signed up. You can probably do a walk in just to ask questions or call if you live a ways away. You can even ask at any clinic you might go to. They would have the resources to get you connected with someone who can help you start the paper work.
