Great question, but they don't really compare. Though they both make a similar product, Peterson's has primarily a traditional product; Devil's are modern. I had them on consecutive days and thought both were fine, but not great. Also, they're nowhere near each other.
Because Peterson's are the best. I have not had a better tasting doghnut ever.
The donuts taste great, lots of different flavors to choose from, they have muffin too.

A) that's in dtown SD. EFF THAT. B) that place looks too trendy/gimmicky and therefore too expensive C) DD is NOT open 24hrs D) Peterson's is just good donuts... E) without breaking bank
