Worst management ever The manager Christine is so mean and nasty do not do your business here (Edit) to clarify I am responding to the response below (from owner response) I was not upset about the late charge not once the whole year that I have been renting my storage was I ever late. I moved the month of July (2021)and forgot to pay. I understand there’s late charges I was upset I never got a call to remind me me my bill was due. No reminder in the mail. NOTHING. When I told Christine about this she answered me with “ I work here twice a week there’s only so much I can do as a manager” that is why I was upset. I’m sorry but management should be in charge of a lot and probably should be working more than two times a week. Another edit: I was upset because Christine also said they were charging me a charge for sending me a reminder notice of $10 that’s what upset me the most so my $65 bill became a $85 dollar bill when I was 18 days late

American Mini Storage, helped me recover 80 years worth of family photos, my father left in storage after he passed away. Along with some other things that hold sentimental value to my family. Their facility, is very clean and safe. I accidentally left a one star this morning, I meant to leave a 5 star review. Thank you guys so much.

I found American Mini Storage through Sparefoot. The price looked good, but what really impressed me was they said the place was "family" owned. Nothing like dealing with people who care about their business. This is the place to use for storage! Prices are right. It is managed by mature adults who treat you with dignity and respect. The facility is very clean, completely safe, and excellent equipment like electric lifts and carts and dollies for your use. Women, you will feel safe going, arranging things in your storage unit, and leaving. Cameras everywhere, absolutely nobody living in their unit, safe, safe, safe. Highly recommended!
