We have been to several Ford Dealership in the year to get our car worked on and by far Michael Clark at GoSch dealership provided excellent customer service. He has gone over and behind in providing detailed information about our car and getting back to us in a timely manner. Best experience when dealer with getting our car serviced. It was definitely a delight coming to this dealership!

Ricardo and Fernando Martinez was a big help in purchasing my daughter first car for her birthday. They were very patience and understanding when looking at different vehicles. We was not pressured or felt forced, it was a very good experience! I would definitely recommend Ricardo and Fernando!

This dealership provides exceptional service, that is knowledgeable, professional, honest and personable. We are repeat customers for many years and highly recommend this dealership. Thank you to Josh in sales. Juan did a great job detailing our new truck. What a beauty!

I I loved this place when I was just doing warranty work. They are friendly and nice and get the job done right. However, STAY AWAY!!!! STAY FAR AWAY if you are paying out of pocket they will price gouge you! *** MY STORY WITH PICS BELOW*** I tow a trailer with my 2019 Ford Ranger that I bought from the same dealership in 2019 (Gosch Ford). I bought the Tow Package for the truck that allows for towing up to 7,500lbs. However, since no trailer brake control is included with a tow package I had to have one installed. I wanted to make sure that I had a Ford Service department perform the install, to make sure that only Ford-approved parts and service were used so that nothing voided my warranty and all safety systems were intact. I was extremely happy when I found that Ford had an approved trailer break that could be installed by a Ford service technician. The Ford official website stated that the controller could be purchased for $339.00 + Tax and an installed labor charge of $100 (See Pictures below.) Unfortunately, Gosch Ford took advantage of me. They charged me the expected $339.00 for the trailer brake controller but hiked up their labor price to 4.5 hours of labor at a ridiculous $192.66 an hour, for a total labor cost of $866.97 (See attached Invoice). They couldn't provide me with a real explanation as to why the prices were so extreme. Only stating that that's what Ford says it will cost in labor, not us (How are they not one in the same?). My question is why does Ford allow its dealerships to price gouge and mislead their customers? And what can be done to fix this clear injustice?
