Enterprise staff was super thoughtful and respectful!! Andy was incredible at the Washington site and all the ladies were super helpful and respectful at the Auto Parkway location. The service was prompt and staff was very customer oriented. I was able to drop the car off at my service location and Enterprise picked the car up from there. I did not have to deliver car to enterprise and arrange for transportation to my service location, which was very convenient. Great service, Enterprise team!

Ben and Caitlin are so helpful ❤️ came to get a rental 1/12/22 and the entire process has been so smooth . They arranged the pick up at the auto shop and also are trying their best to get me a reasonable car with good gas mileage. I got in a car accident so progressive is handling the rental and repair process. Definitely recommend this place! Call and have them assist you. The have a full lot of small and big size vehicles . ( they also have big 15 passenger vans ) Don’t hesitate! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you all !

This varies with the car model rented, the duration of the rental, the location at which the car is rented (for example airports may have lower base prices), and the availability of cars (fewer cars available to rent will result in the rental company increasing prices.) Likewise rental companies will discount if their inventory is larger than they would like. Also fees add to the daily rental cost. For instance at airports, while the "base" price per day is often lower, the fees per day are higher. Fees include items like 'airport service charges.' Also fuel may be supplied as a full tank at the time of rental or as an addition charge based on the gas gauge reading when returning the car. The cost for gas may be more or less than what you can buy it for while you are renting the car. Likewise insurance can be purchased if your own policy doesn't cover rentals. Overall, rentals can vary from under $5 per day sans fees to over hundreds of $ per day for a luxury, exotic, or sports car.
Not true, you can return the vehicle at anytime opened or closed.
Everything depends on the days you need it. It is best to call the office to see if they have a van available for the days you need it.
