What a wonderful store to shop at! Every single worker in the store I came across was so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to take care of me. Especially Maureen Thom, she was extremely attentive and to what I was looking for and was able to point me to exactly what I was looking for. She also put a rush on my order and it came even faster than we expected. I won’t shop at any other jewelry store. Especially this location, I have never had to wait long in the store. They greet you with a smile even though they are wearing their mask’s lol. They ask the right questions and are very attentive to details. The managers and sales associates where always alert and eager to greet and help in anyway they could. I had never shopped at Kay’s before, I only knew of them because of their commercials and catchy jingle but I was blown away by their professionalism and knowledgeable and extremely eager to please staff. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! My fiancé loves and appreciates how well you helped me pick the right ring for her, and get it fixed for the right size and delivered to the store before the promise date! You guys are the absolute best!
