Brought in my laptop a month ago. I was told it needed a new battery. okay. What’s taking so long. parts not available.. No one ever answers the phone. No email listed to send questions. Lousy customer service. Don’t go there.

My first time here, actually it was not for myself. I brought in my bosses phone, he wanted the battery replaced in his iPhone 6s. They initially told me it will take a couple of days since they don’t have the parts in stock. That is understandable, no problem. I take the phone there. SUPER FRIENDLY customer service, quick and easy process. And on top of that, they fixed the phone within a few hours!! I guess they did have the parts in store. Anywho, I definitely will be coming back for any personal issues. Great job!!
