You Pay The $8.00 park entry fee the tours are at 10 AM & 1PM.
You can go up but might have to wait a little. They only let a certain amount of people up at one time but it is free and usually give you 15 to 20 minutes to look around.
You only have to pay access to the park, if you go by car. The cost is $ 8.
No page!! Only page $4.00 for parking and the tour of 4:00 PM. But the park is close at 8:300 PM
The Lighthouse is free There are hours of visit
I believe there is no additional cost for lighthouse tour, you just need to be there on right time.
You can go without a tour!
