Food was absolutely great, the two waitresses were outstanding, the place has a great atmosphere, i have been there 4 to 5 times and is constantly good. So good that while i was having dinner, i told my family that for me is one of the best, if not the best Spanish restaurant in Miami. Now, you wonder what happened, and why am i giving it one star. Is rather silly and to be honest almost a waste of time. However, i believe in fairness and today the owner of this place blamed his staff for something that they were absolutely not at fault for. They have a bottle of wine called Juan Gil in the menu, there are three versions of it that i know of. One Silver, one blue and one blend. This is one of my favorite day to day bottles, They offered the blue one for a specific price, but they bring the silver which is a third of the cost. I ask why is the silver one being served when they offered the blue, the wife of the owner comes our, I explain my point and immediately there comes the blend, still no blue, but similar in price and quality. At the end they charge more for the one bottle they did not have in the menu, and the owner blames the waitresses for not doing their job. He never took responsibility for the mistake in the menu, even though i offered to pay the difference. I want to be clear, we are talking about barely 10$ difference, but what i am still trying to process in my head, is how a restaurant owner can make the mistake on the menu and blame his staff. This is the very first time ever i write a bad review. However this guy’s attitude is almost sad. I hope the two girls did not get yelled at by such a despicable individual. Hoping that this message helps him comprehend that it was not his staff. What happened today was entirely his fault, he tried to trick his customer into buying something that was not correct, and when exposed, instead of apologizing or just staying quiet he blamed and tried shaming his staff.

We enjoyed our meal at Kebo, the food was delicious, especially the grilled black pudding sausages and mussels. The shrimp And garlic needed more salt, and the broken eggs over fries really could've done with more eggs, since there was no other sauce besides the single broken yolk over whole plate of fries. The ham croquet was tasty but would've preferred more ham instead of so much mash potatoes. The service and ambience of the seating area was very relaxing and comfortable. But I was a bit surprised at the 18% service charge they applied to our bill without informing.

Kebo was delicious. My party and I drank 4 bottles of wine! Our waiter was wonderful, he shared photos of his doggie, Felipe. All in all will be returning.
