An hour and a half, but you can put your name down and come back later, just be sure to be back by the time your name is called. Unlike a lot of places I'd say that the estimated wait time they give you is fairly accurate.
Waiting time last saturday at 1045 for 3 people was 2hrs even though we were told approx 1 hour. Its been like that a couple times before as well. Worth the wait!
I was there on a Tuesday, no wait. I would expect a long wait.
