Large showroom with lots of good looking products- but service is the worst I have experienced ever. We tried to book an appointment via online but never got a confirmation so we just walked in. After walking around the showroom we managed to get one of the 3 sales persons to somewhat reluctantly answer our questions. As she was expecting another customer soon, we agreed that we will follow up with an email for additional questions and then schedule an appointment. I sent our questions via email next day. After two days of no reply, I emailed again asking if my email was received. Then she responded that she indeed received the email and it is on her to-do list. Now one week has gone by with no response and needless to say we will be shopping elsewhere.

I want to take the time to give a five star yelp for Bath Beyond of San Francisco. Their products are gorgeous and high end. I especially want to give a five star to Sam Jabri, who helped me navigate through a laborious process of picking out everything for my bathroom. He always went beyond what is expected in researching different products best suited for my home. He is a wealth of information. Thank You Sam for all your help.

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. Return labels help us efficiently track your return. If you choose another shipping method, please inform us by contacting customer service. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the RGA number we sent via email. Print the freight label that we provided via email. Do not attach the freight label to the shipment. Use the instructions provided to contact the carrier and schedule your freight pickup."
