I believe that would be the latest I would go. You use a parking garage that leads to the visitors center. You join a group. The tour starts at the visitors center where you make your reservation then goes to the actual birthplace of John Adams and then on to the Peacefield mansion. A trolley takes you to all the sites. You shouldn't have any problems. It's an awesome historical gem.
This goes to (Guess it was fate) I was raised there and was always at Seaside Park with my parents. I remember the Barnum and Bailey Circus too. I grew up by Main St and Broad St. I know the buildings are not there any longer. My favorite place to eat in was, The BUGLIGHT! I don’t know if you remember that place back then. They made the best burgers ever. Do you remember when they began bringing the Carnival to Seaside Park? I loved it! I miss those days.
All questions wre good. The easy way is to call the visitor center to find out.
Something you don't get on the tour because it is not owned by the National Parks is that John, John Quincy and their wives are buried in the church across the street from where you get the trolley. You can also visit the church.
