Walk, uber or subway everywhere. Try to avoid driving.
We also walked. Trolley I'd a great option if you are doing most of the freedom trail.
Better to take uber. Or take the old town trolley. The house is one of their stop. You just catch the next trolley to continue with the tour.

Whenever i go into Boston for the day i park near the USS Constitution and then either take the trolley or Lyft. That said the Paul Revere house is a waste of time in my opinion.
You can park in the north end and walk to prh.
Where ever you can. Those roads are very narrow and without a lot of room to park. Depending on where you are, you either walk ir get an Uber
