secondharvest is only responsible for administering food donated by companies in general and then delivering it to the institutions that are responsible for donations such as churches and other so that they distribute the food to the general public that needs that support that they provide when delivering food for free
There are several food banks in central Florida. Try online for food banks in your area. Most are open on certain days and have special hours.
