2nd Day Harvest is a great information resource. Also, check out 4Roots in Orlando. 10 acre farm and ag center in downtown Orlando. They can give you tips or perhaps volunteer there. If you want corporations and organizations to donate food to you to distribute, you will probably want to seek nonprofit, tax exempt status ~ takes about 18 months. Or you can organize donations from local farmers and organic growers.
You can contact 2nd harvest and they can give you all the information you need I believe you will but need to be at non profit organization
