What can I do about barking dogs they start before daylight I have spoking to owners they said they can't stop them I leave for work at 430am when I get home You can't rest it is never ending

Contact the police let them know you have a complaint of a noise nuisance they will come out assess the situation they owners can be fine for that

I believe a continuous barking after 10 minutes, constitutes a nuisance. Unless those dogs are barking due to protecting their property. Contact your local law enforcement, they'll better answer your concerns. Unfortunately Susan, ignorance is everywhere.

I don't know for sure, but if it's happening late at night (after 10 or so) you could give the ccso a call and see if they can come out and speak to the owners. I don't know if dogs barking all hours of the day and night constitute disturbing the peace, but it wouldn't hurt to call the non-emergency number and see what they say
