Hi Brian, If it is 2000 or newer yes , however we are kind of cautious working on Moto Guzzi since if any parts are needed it may take forever to get from Italy, on the other hand , simple maintenance and such should not be a problem, we actually get a few regularly here at our shop, please call if you have any further questions.
I can't say for sure, but I can't see why this shop wouldn't. They seem to work on various European bikes, but certain things truly are dealership only. I definitely encourage you to give the shop owner Yaman a call tomorrow and he can definitely speak to it. He's been quite helpful to me over the past year dealing with Ducati stuff.
