I took 3 pairs of mens shoes to be cleaned and shined. I received 2 pairs later in the week. Went back week later from drop off to pick up the last pair. Not ready. Could not even find the shoes. Supposedly owner should be in tomorrow to finish the job. Not holding my breath. I have used the place for years. It has recently changed ownership. Nothing is the same and I will never go back again....once I get the last pair of shoes.

I dont know how they stay open. I waited nearly 30 mins for the owner to come back from buying thread from Tandy leather (around the corner so to say) because his employee couldn't give a price on the heels I needed fixed...really? While I was there two more people came in, one who had dropped off some items a week ago and another new customer. The new customer and me ended up leaving because the owner hadn't showed up. The man who dropped off his items had to leave empty handed because they weren't done, I mean not even started. They were in the same bag he dropped them off too. Its disappointing. Also the employee IGNORES people coming on. The front door alarm could ring until it breaks. I had shout to see if someone would care enough to come to the front.

I finally can use my favorite heels sandals. One of the heels was higher than other and I couldn’t walk comfortably with it. I took in many other places and nobody was confident to try to repair , but the gentleman in Esperanza Shoe , had no hesitation on fix it. I love the staff and the price. Highly recommend it.
