This was my first experience At la-Z-Boy furniture store. Everyone was very friendly and took their time to answer all my questions regarding a recliner that I was looking for my 94-year-old mother. The sales lady Was very helpful and knew what she was doing. Thank you so much.

My husband &I bought a recliner for him & a love seat for me. Kenny G was our sales person. He was so knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. A month after they were delivered we got a second recliner & asked for Kenny G's assistance. We LOVE our 2 Rocker/Recliners & the Love Seat. Great furniture store.

Absolutely worst experience dealing with a furniture store. We ordered a glider on November 4, 2021. We were told that it would be here possibly at the end of January or at the latest end of February 2022 due to shipping issues. We were expecting our child and had ordered her baby furniture along with other pieces for our house from other retail stores and knew that 3-4 months was reasonable. So we knew it could be March. At the end of February we called because we had not heard from La-Z Boy at all. They did not know when our recliner would get there, and played the blame game that we should not have been January/February. We had to actually go to the store and talk to the assistant manager and have the manager call us to tell us that it wouldn’t be delivered until April. If we knew this to be the case, we would have ordered a recliner from another retail store, because all of our other furniture arrived in 3-4 months. Also, you can’t get a refund because they don’t do refunds for “special orders”. Also, our item was available at other La-Z Boys across the country, but because they are independently owned, this counts as a “special order” according to this La-Z Boy. Well, it is April 19 and we called the store again for them to tell us that it wouldn’t be delivered to them until next week and then 5 days from then would they ship it out. That will be May 1. I guess we will just keep waiting for a recliner that has yet to show up. We will hold our breath if we ever see them deliver before May. Absolutely terrible experience and will never order from them again. Update: Called La Z Boy and the Turner recliner has not been delivered and should be expected “early May”. Thank you for absolutely nothing. It will end up 6 months since ordering the item on the 4th.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Very dishonest business!!! We ordered a leather sectional in August 2021 and were told it should arrive by the end of Dec of 21 or sooner because we did not have anything electronic. It is now February and still do not have our furniture. Every time I call, I get a different date. I tried their corporate office and they would not listen to me and transferred me back to the store!!! The store manager, Jen Davis said the leather is imported overseas and that was the delay.. I wanted a refund for our deposit and was told I could not get one since it was in production... Do Not Buy anything bc they are lying as far as when you will really get your furniture!!! *** UPDATE *** CALLED TODAY 3/2/22, AND NOW WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ARRIVING SOME TIME IN MID-APRIL.. WHAT A FREAKING JOKE...
