Yes you are in very good hands i was terrified for my dog to get his teeth cleaned because he had to be sedated they did a wonderful job he will be going there all the time the do a good job with everyones pets
I believe they place them in a cage. I went in the back when they were treating my dog and they take the animals out at times. There was even a lizard on the floor one day. LOL...your in good hands there.
