Totally unprofessional, rude and uncaring towards animals. I called a week before for an appointment to have my cat have his nails trimmed and a bath. Upon arriving at 9:30 for our 10 am appointment we called from the parking lot(as instructed). The receptionist was very rude to us when we called. She kept cutting us off and putting us on hold. We waited until 10:30 for a technician to come talk to us. She told us that they have too many animals in their kennel and not enough technicians to give our cat a bath but would be willing to cut his nails. After 20 minutes they finally instructed to bring our cat inside. After 10 minutes we paid for his bill and we’re instructed to come inside and retrieve our cat. He was brought out covered in a wet dirty blanket and crying. Never coming again.

We have taken 2 out 3 of our dogs their. The vets and staff are super. They are one of a kind. I've been telling everyone I know about them. The vets and staff reminds me of the vets my parents use to go to. You can't find people like that anymore.

Walked into donate prescription's worth several hundred dollars to help someone who can't afford to buy for their pet. I was TOLD in an abrupt manner to put on a mask even though their not required. She should think smart and not act like a sheep.

Awful, terrible patient rapport. Horrible experience in September 2019. My dog died at home less than an hour after our visit for muscle weakness in the back legs. The Vet didn't even make eye contact, mumbled through the whole exam, and said her heart was strong. He talked to the Vet technician more than to me, and was giving me his opinion on her eyes rather than her legs, which is why I brought her in. Very bizarre exam. When I left, I even said that I didn't have a good feeling about the exam, and didn't feel better after bringing her in. Which, I was correct, given the fact that she died when we got home!!! . They also never respond to emails. I wasn't going to say anything but "rate your experience" just popped up on my phone, and this was my experience, very upset and sad. 😢.

Are you a client? Dr. Lewis wont charge if you are a client. Probably around $100 if you're a walk-in.
