In my family and friends who have adapted from you, we've noticed our pets have a small tattoo under their bellies. What does that mean? Spayed or neutered or is it their chip inserted? Just wondering.

That small green/blue tatoo is a mark of being Spayed, or neutered. The chip will be on their back, between their shoulders at the base of the neck.

I adopted a puppy and I had to bring her back to have her spayed. Daisy is 4 months old now and no tat

The tattoo on the belly means they have been spayed. The chip is inserted on the beach of the neck area.
