This company has the following business model, solicit with no permit, lie and promise things you have no intent of fulfilling. I have had a 5 year history of being solicited, lied to, and try to keep these folks off my property. A ‘one time spray service’ turned into a 4000 dollar contract being sent to me. That I “ wouldn’t need to sign”. That was 4 years ago. I told them repeatedly in writing since to stay away. My neighborhood is no soliciting also. They come back whenever they want, tell the same lies and can’t produce the solicitation permit as the law requires. I’m sure they lie to the people they send out to trespass too. Look at the number of one star reviews they have. The people I feel worst for are the ones that get sucked in to their service.

Poor service the tech doesn't show and they charged my credit card. I call the local number and they patched me to a call center out of state. He was rude and this company said they would only refund half of my money insane. They like to steal from senior citizens. Until I got mad on the phone he said he would give me a full refund. Don't use this company. August 15th still no refund they lied about refunding my money, so i called them again they told me that the refund was never processed unbelievable now another 5-10 days. Lets see if they can get this right.

I had a service call scheduled today (06/14/2022). I literally stood at my front door and watched this tech (Mark Holmes out of the Daytona Beach branch on Jimmy Ann Dr) drive past my house without stopping and drove off. I then received the auto message that the application was completed, which is a lie! First off, I just wanted the burned up grass issue addressed, not another application because I just had one 15 days ago, which if this guy wasn’t a lier and I was not home, the lawn would be destroyed from over-fert. What is most disturbing is the electronic pdf copy I received stating that this lier investigated my lawn and made an application. The problem this lier has now is that I was home watching him for one thing and I have cameras around my property. This tells me that this “specialist” has an integrity issue and he has probably done this to other customers he thought were not home or were unaware of the service. I intend on paying this office a visit tomorrow to report this lying man.

I had TruGreen fertilize, weed control, and pest control my lawn for the past two years. Periodically they would send our a survey for me to rate their performance. Each time I told them my Yard remained in poor condition and I would describe my yard as anemic. After two years and thousands of dollars, my yard had barely any color other than tan and brown. I was constantly pulling weeds and doing my own pest control. One star is as low a rating as you can give, but, TruGreen is truly a zero. TruBrown would be a better name for the company. Stay away!
