Yes! BJ's Wholesale Club is planning a facility in Posner Park, buying the last 11 acres of the 130 acres owned by Fort Lauderdale-based BTI Partners. The deal is under contract and in the planning stages with Polk County, looking at a projected buildout in 2024.
From what I've heard BJs and obviously the Hobby Lobby.

2024 from what I heard
So far it's just a rumor. But that would be very nice. There are a lot of Apartments or Condos going in on the right after you pass the stores. I hope they leave room for it.
