There are some for rent on occasion but the signs are posted at the community building.
And it's a 55 and above, and there are people who own their trailers and rent them out for more than the lot rent, the lot rent is like 500$ but most people rent their trailers out for 1400 or more a month but normally they include all utilities but some do not, and the people who live here like to be in your business they do not trust or live the way Jesus lives and loves neighbors but hate you, some on the other hand are nice and do not care but it's mainly an owner park, unless the people who own the trailer are renting it out,
