Very nice, double-wide manufactured housing huddled close together neatly. Not perfect but pretty well kept homes. Didn't get a chance to see the pool or the clubhouse. HOA has a group to ensure that small codes ( grass maintenance mainly) are observed. Nice oak trees in some areas. I'd say middle class families and retirees.

You pay lot rent.
There are some for rent on occasion but the signs are posted at the community building.
Very few if any...one day for sale the next day sold... Lot rent..between $500 + up.
The trailer is your responsibility!
There are interior, exterior and lakefront views lot rents....we are exterior and pay $604/with a yearly pass through tax added in monthly, interior is the cheapest, lakefront views most expensive. It includes garbage, mowing and water.
Why do you want to rent a pet?
Rude?! Really! There are rude people everywhere! As a whole the residents are good people. Guess that's the one bad apple theory!
Lakeland Harbor is a 55+ community and does not have lots for rent. All homes are permanent structures and are not for rent. There are several that are for sale.
You can have a single younger person live with you but they have to be approved by the office and for the record you do not have to be 55 to own in there
