I got hired at first through Kelly Services as a temp but after 2 months got hired as a perm in the H&R Block portion. It was pretty cut-and-dry. I took a test and got advised that day that I would be starting in 2 weeks at Convergys in training. But the company hires directly all the time. Almost like every couple weeks I see a new batch of people in for training for some department or another in the center.
Just go online and apply and call, I would stay away from Temp services
I got a response same day. Best bet is to call.
I really don't know because someone who works there referred me that's how i got on quickly
