The place has really gone down. People now hang clothes on line, park on both sides of street so a car can't get through, no one adheres to rules and policies. It's turned ghetto. What a shame.

It's very quiet and trendy 55 and over community.... very safe and quiet... friendly neighbors that talk and speak with each other... plenty of flowers and plants ...pet friendly and very respectful to each other.

Yes they do rent but you must past the background check in the office. Rentals are very few and not found often but yes they do rent.

No, you have to purchase however sometimes an owner will want to rent. You must pass the background check. No felonies in your record.
