I live in a community right down the street for more than a year. Although there are some negative reviews here, trust me: this community is FAR better than your other options nearby. I have been to this community a few times. I am not a resident, just a neighbor down the street. But I have friends here. It's clean and the modular homes are nice and in really good repair. Nothing old & dirty looking or just falling apart like many of the other communities nearby. You can tell management cares, as do the residents. The homes have gardens, decks, screened patios, nice storage sheds, and paved (usually covered) driveways. Some of the homes have big yards that are fenced They have an office and laundry center, a huge lot for guests/extra parking and several clean playgrounds and sports areas. Most impressive to me, all the families and neighbors just hanging out together. Walking with their babies, working on their vehicles together, grilling out, little cart vendors... It's just a really friendly place. I would totally feel safe going for walks and taking the kids out. (Some communities nearby are sketchy.) It seems like a great choice for families. I would love to switch neighborhoods!

It is a scam!!!! Do not, I repeat do not try to buy or rent a home from these people. They will yes, yes you until they get your money out your hand. Example my family tried to purchase a mobile and they approved it, and once money exchanged then conveniently we were denied for the lot the home sits on. Not the home, the “lot” And just so happens someone is right in front of them with a deposit to rent the same home we were buying so we just loose all our money and time we invested. Total scam. Even realtors won’t recommend doing business with this place. Besides it is entirely too expensive for a place that erupts into pure chaos at any given moment. You can leave for 5 minutes and be returning to a crime scene or a homeless person that has taken shelter in your yard pr better yet your mobile home. DON’T DO IT!

I lived there for years, but no more. NEW OWNERS HAVE TURNED THE PARK INTO A DUMP! Raised the lot rent hundreds of dollars over the past several years, heard the lot rent is almost $700 a month, ouch! My advise stay away.

DAVPAM now called Casa Verde Mobile Home Park (part of Lakeshore Communities Inc. also called Lakeshore Management Inc.). You can see videos of this place that are on you tube. History of people with drugs in here and the Court has entered convictions for felony - cocaine and other convictions. And, ABC Action News - Tampa reported serious stabbing in Casa Verde on Bryan Road. In other case, the Court entered conviction for felony shooting on dweller who shot at other dwellers who live in Casa Verde and Paradise Village. Also, reviews are on Yellow Pages, Yelp. Reviews on Google under old business name DAVPAM Mobile Home Park. And, vandalism and graffiti problems in Casa Verde and Paradise Village, (which are owned by Lakeshore Management, Inc.) have been reported on local Tampa News, such as WTSP News. WFTS News, Tampa Bay Times, WFLA News reported on the arson and graffiti problems in Casa Verde.
