Some good people remain but now it’s mostly a bunch of petty bad apples that think they are above others in the community. Disrespectful bullies that lack any value now control the park, and it’s pretty sad!

There is no lot rent at Surfside Estates, it is a resident owned community. When you buy your home it comes with a share in the community. You do not own the land but you still have to pay property taxes on your share of the land. Maintenance fee is $140 per month which includes: cable, landscaping and use pool/clubhouse and common areas. It's a small community of 270 homes, when they come up for sale they sell in a few days.
Yes, you could stop in the office and they can direct you as to how to post it. I believe you need to have a background check etc. The office hours are M-F 9-2

This is not a campground it's a manufactured home community.
There are no vacant lots for sale. Modular homes are not permitted in Surfside Estates only Manufactured Mobile Homes.

You can rent or buy. If you buy a home there is still a lot rent you will pay each momth.
Only if you are there with them and no longer then one month. If your daughter and her children are over 55 you don't need to be there, but everyone will need to pay $50 for a background check.
