There are ways around Park rules, but everyone there is an owner and not supposed to rent out homes to anyone. $340 mnth. is the lot rent, RV side higher

No campers for rent that I am aware of. I don't believe subletting is allowed by the owners. Occasionally someone will sell their camper. I don't know if any are at the moment though. Also, single wides go up for sale on the mobile home side. Again, a brief drive through the community to look for signs would be best.

These are mobile homes, I just rent a room here, it's basically a 50+ community. I think lot rent is $318, as I was corrected, and there is very NOSY neighbors that have nothing better to do except go running to the owner with made up stories and try to get their neighbors in trouble! Outside of that, it's a very nice place to live!
