The homes area looks nice and clean, however, the customer service is pretty bad. Since I went there after hours last Wednesday, I took their phone number from the office sign. All it says is their company name, hours and phone number. I called on Thursday within the office hours and I got an "answering service" person, I left a message for someone to call me back. Since no one called me, I called back on Friday, same thing. They asked me for all of my information again, they did not see me on their system (if any). I got a missed call from them this morning. I called back (answering service again) and explained that this calling system that they have just doesn't work; that they should have somebody on the phone to be able to answer a customer's questions. She took note of it. I had to leave work 1 hour earlier today to go in person, once in the office, I spoke with an Elvira who told me they don't have rentals, when the people on the "answering service" told me that yes, they had. She gave me a name and phone number of someone who does 33 miles north. Elvira has a very bad habit of interrupting people when they talk, I could not complete a sentence on a few occasions. I explained to her the inconvenience of their "answering service" and that it is more like a "pick up service" since they only pick up the calls, not "answer" any questions the customer has. All she said was "Well I'm alone here". I let her know she should put people on the phone who have information to help the customers. When I mentioned I called on Friday she only said "I wasn't here on Friday" and no apologies. I do not recommend doing business here, look somewhere else.
