Very unprofessional. Barely lasted 3 months. The place is an absolute joke. Team Leaders have favorites. They seem to fire the good ones and only leave the most incompetent ones. Would not suggest working here. They seem to favor the women over male workers. Good luck getting into workday as well. It seems they make it hard to try and get your pay stubs and anything else you may need.

Ghetto as HELL! And what was promised, was not factual. More over? They got some "dress to impress" joke. A bunch of kids running around playing adults. Yes the mentors to death but cuss you out... In a tie... The second you turn the corner. Was TOO glad to escape. You explain to your boss your hours are not what promised... And was placed in a dangerous situation. Just couldn't do it for a 2 week position

Job is very easy but the environment is horrible!!!!! Ghetto city! There is no dress code people come to work like they are going to a club! I hated the environment! They literally hire anyone. Computer system is always going in and out. If you are in a drastic need for a job then go for it!!! But otherwise go somewhere else!!!! Unprofessional!!!!

They have to review your past work with them and they have to have a position available, so it takes at least one week, but it can go on indefinitely. You should go in or call them and talk with the recruiting department.

I got hired at first through Kelly Services as a temp but after 2 months got hired as a perm in the H&R Block portion. It was pretty cut-and-dry. I took a test and got advised that day that I would be starting in 2 weeks at Convergys in training. But the company hires directly all the time. Almost like every couple weeks I see a new batch of people in for training for some department or another in the center.
