Called 3 days in a row trying to get the my dad's van fixed and Dave is never available. Poor customer service I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Receptionist was helpful trying to put me in contact with him.😟😟

Very good experience. We bought a handicap van newly converted. Mike Amburg, David Gonzalez were very helpful and even after the purchase helped us sort thru a couple issues. The garage technician did a great job on the easy lock for the wheelchair. Would certainly do business with them again. Joseph

First of all my wife and I were not greeted, plus no one that office had a smile on there face. We had the pleasure (NOT) of the owner Bill to look at my van they possibly might want to buy. He was not a very friendly person. If your looking out trying to sell/ buy make the drive to Brandon or Lakeland. Hope this helps!

Absolutely nothing !!!! The owner was talking in a very unprofessional way about the owner of Hover Round on the sales floor for being sued for 29 million dollars for fraud against social security. My complaint here is the emissions warrantee on a Toyota is 80,000 miles or 8 years which ever comes first under Toyota warrantee according to tech service manager. They tried every absentee possible. Disability Transport never excluded this from the contract nor did they say that any other modifications to the muffler/emissions was going to be excluded let alone modified. Another part (I believe to be called reciprocater) was totally eliminated which helps even more with the quieting of the muffler as per David Rodriguez from this business. We were told they do not weld at their business they subcontract it to another muffler shop. After a couple trips from North Pasco County to mid Hillsborough County finally we had gotten tired of the run around from these people and came home and called Braunability and within minutes on the phone the lady agreed after a short hold for us to take the van back for them to fix it. Of course now David Rodriguez then states he wants me to email him pictures. Of course I have a lift at home like they do in the shop to get really good pictures on this lower floored handicap vehicle. Again because we called Braunability they approved the fix. David now tells me to go to Mad Hatter Exhaust on Waters Ave in Tampa and ask for Henry "he'll take good care of you and Braunability after your call approved the fix!!!! The break was at the weld not in the pipe not from driving through orange groves just normal wear and tear that normal wear and tear a lowered vehicle goes through. Oh and our dirt road we live on is extremely well maintained by the county, for the purpose of a disabled man to have a safe way in and out of his home. So their excuse and pictures I showed them had no bearing on them trying to blame the road in which the van travels and mostly under 15 miles an hour. If you're going to talk arrogantly about the Hover Round man being sued, then step up to the plate and take care of your customers after the sale to keep the integrity of a relationship with your customers. The end result is finally after 3 weeks of phone and driving back and forth Mad Hatter Muffler had fixed the Toyota Sienna the same day!!!! But we couldn't pick it up until after we had to go back the next day and Mad Hatter had to take a car off the lift and put the van on the lift, take pictures send them email (just a couple miles east) where Mobility could have driven to with their check to take care of the customer, my disabled father in law. There is no way on God's green earth would a man with dementia , ptsd, MS. and many more issues been able to fight like he had done in Vietnam. It's family that he had to depend on to battle this battle and I thank God for giving me the patience to deal with this arrogant being. And I'd like to thank Braunability the actual company in which does the conversion minus the ramp, wheel chair clamp and some adjusting. After their call the tide turned to my father in laws favor. By the way Toyota did say if or wasn't modified by another company they would've fixed it and they really tried, so good job Toyota of Tampa Bay !!!!!
