How is the atmosphere in the Call Center or Customer Care position ? No one mention anything about benefits . Ex. medical, 401 K , dental, how is the pay ?

The pay is subpar and the only benefits are very expensive. There is no 401 k.

The job itself is a great atmosphere.. The only issue I had with them was during my training I fail one of my Test not to bad of a score... They random told me to retake the test again. Mind u I've been on the job 3 months plus my production was great I was the employee of the month and the fact that when I had to retake the test again and I fail I got fired because of it... Just be carful and make sure u have a plan B they fired u for any and everything
