I'm sorry I just feel that we should have been given I'm more of a discount. To me I just felt I was inconvenience. There weren't even a notice posted about this upgrade. If it was something posted or texting out to notify us of this I could have dealt with it better. But to make matters worse my car was not even cleaned any better than it was with my regular wash. So yes I am was not satisfied it was not pleased at all!!!
My husband and I pay the membership and due to working as hand wash while machines are being upgrade we pay extra -
