I have been going to build a bear for about 10 years and I have never had a bad experience until a few days ago . ANGIE IS THE WORST employee I have ever dealt with. Bad attitude with bad customer service. I will never come here again because of Angie. It’s crazy because I have actually been here before and everyone and everything always is perfect especially KRYSTAL IS AMAZING . Krystal is always there when I would go and she has always been wonderful they should give her a raise! Sadly I will never come here again due to Angie horrible customer service.

Everything was great untill Angei started to become sarcastic and ill-mannered discourteous. Her arrogance came out of nowhere..On my son birthday an he's on the spectrum she ask me to make a wish an I did with the heart... then she said did u really make a wish ? I said yes .she told me "sure you did"...I was shock I kept smiling bc I thought it was part of the routine..then told me in front of my kids "if u didn't want to do it , u should have just told me".... The audacity of her to try an ruin my son day .. an try me .. then began to sew the bear with her bad aura.. she lucky I don't tell her off ...

It's a great place for my lil ones they had fun building their very first bears. Staff is so friendly and have great communication. Definitely going back.

I've gone to this specific location a couple times and every time it has been a great experience for not only my son, but for us, the parents as well. Everyone is super friendly and give great costumer service. I took my 10year old build a bear, Kermit the frog for a "re-stuff" and they were so great with the service. Kermit's head didn't have an opening to get stuffed. Suzzette went ahead and made an opening to stuff him there as well and put him back together! My son was SO HAPPY that they made Kermit look brand new!
