Rosie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I found myself at this location which didn't provide the service I needed and she was kind enough to set me in the right direction. She sympathized with me knowing that as a travel nurse I needed the service ASAP and she went out of her way to call and make sure I could get in at the other location. Excellent customer service

My whole family and I just had covid antibody testing with Emerelda and Victoria. It’s $10 plus your insurance covers the rest. I lcouldn’t even feel the needle go in for a blood draw. I’m never letting the office nurse stick me again. Grabbing orders and coming here forever.

They never answer telephone; used a big needle when a butterfly would have worked just as well, after opening the door they futzed around for 10 minutes while all of us waited. Once we were signed in it went quickly.

Never mind the guy with the one star review, as he obviously had a bad day. This place is awesome! Let me start with the fact that Labcorp is the only lab that takes crappy insurance, and in my case, the third I️ tried... the only drawback is that you cannot call the labs directly, to check on how busy they are at a certain time— all Labcorp labs, irrespective of their location, send you to an automated answer and booking service. That’s okay, as their website is easy to navigate, and you can see all the plans they’re working with. I️ decided to come to this lab in Culver City instead of going to the one nearest to me in Beverly Hills, as this one had better ratings. I walked in without an appointment. At 11:10 AM on a Monday morning, it was empty. Even as a first time customer, with all the required paperwork, I️ was in and out in ten minutes. Let me repeat: TEN MINUTES. This is not a figure of speech. The staff is professional and friendly. I asked for a copy of the results in addition to the ones to be sent to my doctor, as a favor— offered for free. The place is sparkling clean. The building is brand new. The coffee shop at street level, which so kindly directed me to the lab when I️ walked in by mistake, sells double espressos for $1.50— that’s half the price to where I️ live. Come to this place; you won’t regret it.

No appointment necessary if you go early. Best to show up 10-15 minutes before the doors open.
