This store is absolutely incredible. Here is my story. The giant online retailer named after a river in South America had a “Black Friday” sale on a Segway scooter. I ordered two of them and patiently awaited their delivery date shortly before Christmas. On the day the giant unnamed retailer had promised their arrival I once again checked to see when exactly they would be delivered. Shockingly the order had been cancelled with no notice. Segway Los Angeles had the scooters in stock, so I ordered 2 scooters from them. They had my order packaged and awaiting pickup within an hour. They shipped via Fed Ex and the scooters arrived in Texas as promised on December 23. Christmas was saved. If you want to order a Segway from a retailer that goes above and beyond, order from Segway Los Angeles.

Took my brother in for the first time to get an electric scooter. The doors are locked but they open them for you if you want to come in and see the inventory. The guys were great and very knowledgeable. We made our purchase and happy with the new scooter.

We are sold out of the X260 and do not currently have an expected date for additional inventory. We do have the X160 available for pickup or delivery within the LA area.
I actually financed my scooter for an affordable price. A company called bread. You have to pre-qualify first. It's a little strange at first, you may have to go down there. But, they'll help you out. I recommend the g30p max. Sold out
They have a repair center in Texas. This store can help setup a repair request. If the issues is covered under warranty it ships for free. If not, there is a cost.
