Every time my coenergy propane bill comes in the mail I think “I wonder what they’ve charged me this time”. It seems like I have to call them every month to dispute charges. I rent a home with a gas stove and propane tank which we have never used. Every few months their “computer” decides we used propane and they charge us for it. They are always very nice about removing the charges but why is this happening in the first place? This month I got a finance charge for not paying my bogus charge last month. Time for another call. I always pay the $8.95 tank rental fee by check every month and send an email every month with our tank reading. A few months ago a driver jumped our fence, put some gas in our tank (even though the numbers on the tank didn’t go up) and forged our signature for the delivery. I understand they need access to the tank but WE WERE HOME and saw him do this. I’m not sure what kind of business they are trying to run but once I’m done renting this place I’m hoping to be done with them.

I love this place! These guys have helped me out with appliance questions and propane issues so many times and they are always willing to go out of their way to help me trouble shoot. I also use them for propane re-fills and that is always easy and inexpensive! I highly recommend this local company!

We called co energy yesterday when we realized we were out of propane (whoops)! The lady said they’d try to get to us within 5 days, which was fine because my husband went and grabbed a tank at the store to get us by, but we had a guy show up this morning to fill our tank! We were so happy with the super fast service, and the guy was super nice. Thank you again!

I have been going to CoEnergy for the last couple of years to have my propane cylinders filled. They probably have the lowest prices in town which is the reason there is usually a wait in line to get service. However I am not sure why there is usually a wait to pay at the register. I had two 20# cylinders that had expired and had one replaced January 2018. After getting the new cylinder home I noticed that the manufacture date was January 2017 so I had already lost a year of the 12 year service life. I had used a coupon at the time of purchase so figured it was a wash. I decided to wait a while to replace the second cylinder and did so July 2018. It turns out that this “new” cylinder was also manufactured in January 2017. This is over a 10% loss of useable service. I decided not to worry about it then went to pay and was informed of a new policy of a 4% charge on credit card usage. I happened to have the cash at the time so didn’t use the card. They may have four percented a customer away. My dentist gives a cash discount which is the same difference but sounds better. But then I am not a business person.
