Was told they received my application then they said they can’t find it then she changes her mind and says she WAS working on it then last minute sails she couldn’t find it and I have to wait 5 days to apply AGAIN ……

I've been injured trying my hardest to catch and went you don't or feels likes you're ignoring them they come to your house leaving letters at your door. Very rude unprofessional not very understanding either once done I'm never going back to them

I applied online said I pre qualify no one never called me I called them they didn't pick up in store or online customer service

The customer service is terrible. I called regarding a loan I was approved for on multiple occasions to be told the system was down by Laura who also hung up in my face. She's rude and unprofessional. I give them 0 stars.
