I have AB blood and attempted to donate plasma. They retrieved blood from my right arm, and half way through , according to the operator, it stopped flowing. They blamed my small vein, machine, etc, anyways wasted a pint of blood and they could not use it!! I hope they understand there is a crisis out there, If they feel that my vein is too small perhaps they can’t recommend whole blood draw instead now I wasted my time my blood and their equipments! What a shame!

Beautiful, state of the art facility with friendly, professional staff gets 5 stars. Catalytic converter of my 2008 Toyota Prius was stolen in a reserved for donation parking spot gets 1 star. Sad because I was told I can donate platelets every 2 weeks for cancer patients, which was my plan until I drove off. Please do something so this doesn't happen again. Suggestion: hire a security guard.
