Not a recent experience, but I wanted to acknowledge Dr. Nudleman who has been my neurologist for the past 10 years. He is an attentive, caring, and personable doctor who deeply cares for his patients. I applaud Kaiser and the care I received.

I've been going here for years. Service is usually prompt and great. I never had an issue until recently- apparently 3 cars, including mine, were broken into a few weeks ago and my valuables were stolen. CCPD and the Kaiser staff were very cooperative at the time of the incident, except for one particular staff, who asked me why didn't I park closer to the building... I was there on a Tuesday at 3:30p and parked at the first parking spot I found. Today, I called to follow up to see if any surveillance was caught in their parking lot camera and unfortunately, security kept giving me the run around and told me to call their main office. I called Kaiser's security main office and the spokesperson was very accusatory, making it seem as if I wasn't at Kaiser, my car was never parked in their lot, and questioned why it took me so long to follow up and why am I following up now. Then he told me to send him an email so he can elevate it to his supervisor and get back to me. Unfortunately, he said the "camera in the parking lot doesn't cover that area" and "hopes the police can figure something out." I called Kaiser Culver Marina security back and they just apologized and said there's no footage, even though I parked right next to a camera. So just an FYI- this is not a secure lot. Do not leave any valuable items in your car. Kaiser's cameras and security gives you a false illusion that it's safe to park there. Some staff were very respectful, while others were very accusatory. I most likely will not be returning to this location.
