I sent mail to 1628 South West Gate Ave, #101, Los Angeles CA 90025. It was returned, "not deliverable as Addressed." My daughter says that's her address. Is there something wrong with the address?

Are you sure you put apt number on there. Take it back to post office and they will mail again if you didn't leave no parts of address off
