I visited this post office on a Saturday from around 3:30 to 3:40. These incidents all happened during this visit. When I arrived there was a young man complaining to a female employee about a lost package. There was a back and forth and he left very upset. That same employee was then approached by an elderly woman asking why her mailbox was locked. The employee rudely replied, "I don't know, how should I know". The elderly woman insisted on knowing why her mailbox was locked and the employee kept responding that she did not know why. After the third time saying she did not know, she finally told the elderly woman that perhaps her bill had not been paid and that she could wait in line and pay the bill. My thoughts were that she could have told her that from the beginning instead of having her ask the same question repeatedly. The elderly woman left, upset and told the employee to have a good day and that she was very charming. Meanwhile there is another elderly woman at the desk of another employee. I could hear the employee getting frustrated with her and saying she has a line of customers. Then when the elderly woman asked her if she worked there she flat out said, "No I don't work here. I checked out a long time ago." At that point the elderly woman leaves. This all happened within the span of ten minutes or less. The employees here are the worst I have ever seen. They are very rude, especially to the elderly folks and that is a SHAME. There is one Asian lady that works at this location who is the exception (very polite). I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Their treatment of elderly people and customers is sickening.
Cold World
Unfortunately I have to give this PO a 1 star and it’s my local PO. They’ve gotten so bad because fake Covid. They deliver mail once a week or so. The mail truck will drive down the street without stopping. I have packages out for delivery, they don’t deliver, tracking will update that night saying available for pickup, go to the PO they’ll tell you it’s not available for pickup and they’ll deliver today which they don’t. Absolutely unbelievable lack of service. Basically holding your property hostage.

The office was empty, there was no line but I still got yelled at as soon as I said I needed to pickup a package here according to the tracking. They said it would be out for delivery today and when I asked why the tracking said something else the lady got mad at me and told me to try having her job(?). I didn't even yell back, I just said okay and left. I understand it can be frustrating to answer the same questions over and over again but how is it my fault if the system is inaccurate? I have dealt with many USPS offices and never had a problem or got yelled at for just asking a question.

My Item (Extremely important document) Said “available for pick up”, so I went there the next day to collect. But I was told that they cant find my item and that it was most likely out for delivery ,but this was not updated on the system it was still showing “available for pick up”. I waited all day , then the postal employee came to deliver mail but did not have my item. So I went back the next day, and was told again that they couldn’t find my item. SO WHERE IS IT? So disappointed , how does mail just go missing? If they dont find it will cost me $450 to replace I have issues USPS constantly but this is by far the worst location I have ever been to. They need to audit this place asap. In fact I would close this location down. Would not even give one star but I have no choice

Yes. There is a public parking lot right out in front. Up on the Roof the post office Vehicles Park for the workers up above.
